    Discovery Club has before & after school programs at Bradford Elementary, Tilton Lower, Golden Hill, Consentino, Tilton Upper, and Whittier Schools. All of these sites offer one hour of before school care, Monday through Friday. After school, programs for these grades meet for two hours Monday through Thursday. Bradford, Golden Hill, and Tilton Lower Discovery Club operate until 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Consentino, Tilton Upper and J.G. Whittier programs operate after school Monday through Thursday until 4:45 p.m.Transportation to home is provided Monday through Thursday after school. Transportation is not available on Friday. 

    Elementary and middle school programs offer an hour of homework support followed by an academic or recreation program. There are three 10-week sessions during school year. At the elementary level, activities may include Art, Recreation, STEM, Literacy, and sometimes a more creative topic such as ‘Project Passport’, ‘Business & the Community’ and ‘Urban Planning.’ At the middle school level, students can actually choose the activity they wish to join. Activities may include Robotics, Girls Circle, Cooking, Horticulture, Musical Theater, Healthy Living, and Sports & Games. These can change based on student and teacher interest.A snack is provided and transportation to home is available as well. 

    Access 21 is our Haverhill High School Program. Activities offered include Culinary Skills, Internship, Glee Club, Robotics, and Life Skills. Culinary Skills and Scrubs Club meet once a week whereas the other activities each meet twice a week. Internship is offered in two sessions. All other activities continue without interruption through the thirty-one week program. Transportation home is available Tuesday through Thursday when activities are in session. The activities begin right after school and end at 5:00 pm. Snacks are also provided.

    There is a suggested affordable fee schedule for those who can pay. For a fee waiver or reduction in tuition, parents or guardians must complete a CEP Alternate Household Income form to determine eligibility. This form should be returned to your child’s school. 

    Payment is best made by mail.  Please make checks payable to “City of Haverhill”.  Please write your child’s name on the check.  You can mail your monthly payments to:
